Here’s another gem from our manager Caro
This delicious concoction is made using
Fresh Asparagus and
Quantities are pretty loose, you can pretty much use as much or as little as you please.
Cook the bacon in a little olive oil in a fry pan
Chuck the Asparagus in next to the bacon and let it cook in all the bacon juices goodness
Sprinkle over some panko breadcrumbs
Serve with a hard-boiled free range egg or any side/sald you please.
Caro served this with an egg and some potato salad added some extra breadcrumbs to the potato salad.
Looks prettty gourmet to me!
