Avocado Prawn Salad

This recipe comes to you straight from our manager Caro who whipped this up last night.

In light of our recent streak of having Avocados at great prices here is a delicious and easy recipe that you can make for lunch or dinner.

Avocado Prawn Salad.

1  large or 2 small Avocados cut into into cubes or chunks

1 cup precooked prawns or shrimps

1/2 Telegraph cucumber cut into cubes

1/2 Punnet cherry tomatoes halved

1/2 red onion or spring onion finely chopped

1/2 red pepper chopped

Mix in a bowl with any seafood dressing of your choice or our own Cannonhill Saffron Dill and Mustard Mayo

When new potatoes are in season this salad goes great with 6 cooked and chopped chucked through it.
