Changes to Deliveries

First of all let me say a huge thank you to all our Online customers, especially those who have come on board from the West Coast. The support we have received has been amazing. Welcome to the Funky Family.

I imagine the reason we have had so much support from the west coast has been the crazy low rates charged for delivery. Unfortunately our courier jumped on board really fast at an amazingly low rate because he was so keen to help get this service up and running. David has a great heart and just wanted to be able to deliver everywhere for next to nothing. However it has now become apparent to him that his fees are way too low to sustain this as a business long term. 

To ensure that we are able to continue to provide this service he has made some significant changes to the delivery days and to the delivery fees. 

The number of days we go to the West Coast will drop to Tuesdays and Thursdays as it makes more sense to bring bigger loads over on fewer days. 

The upside of this is that we are expanding our services to include Ashburton (Mondays & Wednesdays) and Kaikoura (Fridays)

The Change in fees is significant and I hope that the quality of our product will overcome this increase and make this still worthwhile to you.

The change in fees is something we dread having to do, however we know that if we tried to keep it the same there would be no courier to deliver the goods.

We hope you can understand the reasoning behind this and continue to purchase our wonderful fresh quality products.

      We do Deliver to Leeston and Southbridge. Please look under delivery days on our shop page or Download our App.
